E-EPA 500mg + vitamin D, 40 caps.

E-EPA 500mg + vitamin D

After vitamins, Omega-3 fatty acids are the most often utilized nutritional supplements. Fish oil includes around 50 distinct fatty acids, the most well-known of which are omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA.

Tolonen’s clean and powerful Omega-3 E-EPA is manufactured from fish oil (fish flesh oil, not liver) using both molecular distillation and vacuum distillation.

Environmental residues are purified more effectively than with just molecular distillation. E-EPA from Tolonen is also suitable for expecting and breastfeeding moms, as well as newborns.

Tolonen E-EPA 500 mg contains 12.5 ug/capsule of vitamin D in addition to good fats.

More Information

Cold-water fish, such as tuna and salmon, contain both docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA). EPA protects blood clots, lowers blood triglyceride levels, and may relieve discomfort and swelling.

Omega 3 lowers blood pressure, lowers blood triglycerides, reduces joint inflammation in rheumatoid arthritis, nourishes brain and eye functions, prevents and alleviates dementia, depression, asthma, migraine, and diabetes, and lowers the risk of heart disease and ischaemic stroke.

Omega-3s can easily pass through brain cell membranes and interact with mood-related chemicals within the brain. They also have anti-inflammatory properties, which may help alleviate depression. Over 30 clinical trials have evaluated various omega-3 formulations in persons suffering from depression.

Omega-3 fatty acids have been linked to reduced inflammation. Vitamin D and Omega-3 fatty acids are both beneficial to brain health and function, particularly in terms of mood and memory.

And, while each evokes its own mechanisms, the combination of the two supplements has a significant impact on mental health due to their participation in the serotonin system.
