Golden root (Rhodiola rosea) increases the body’s ability to adjust against external strains. The plant is also known as the “Ginseng of the North”.
Golden root promotes concentration and attention and maintains good mood. Golden root have been shown to increases the secretion of serotonin and dopamine in the brain.

Daily Intake

Recommended daily intake (2 tablets) contains 400 mg of golden root extract containing 16 mg of rosavins and 4 mg of salidrosides.
