• Wellmune beta glucan is an all-natural substance derived from the cell walls of Saccaharomyces cerecisiae yeast. Wellmune beta glucan is patented natural carbohydrate. It has unique biological properties.
• The immune defence of the human body is categorised in two standard types: congenital (non-specific) and adaptable immune defence, where macrophage cells are in a key position. Macrophage cells are specialised in taking off the strange particles from the human body, such as bacteria. The cell takes in the particles with the help of so-called phage sytose by surrounding the strange particles with membrane material. Every macrophage has special receptor places for Beta- (1,3)(1,6) –Glucan.
