How to use

Only for external use!

Spray at close range (about 10 cm) or rub on Magnesium spray 4-5 times to loosen up painful, stiff, arthritic joints.

Massage well into the skin to stimulate absorption. Reapply when needed.

Magnesium is best absorbed when sprayed on thin areas of skin, such as the elbow folds, or directly on the problem area. The spray is easily absorbed and does not stain.

Magnesium chloride (brine), Polysorbate 20, Mentha Arvensis Leaf Oil, Menthol, Glucosamine HCl, Arnica Montana Flower Extract, Glycerin, Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate.

Warning

Avoid contact with eyes; Do not use on damaged or broken skin.
On first application you may experience a slight tingling sensation and slight redness on sensitive skin. This may indicate low magnesium levels and high speed absorption of magnesium through the pores.

This will go away with regular use and as absorption commences immediately, skin can be towelled off after massaging in.

Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
