‘Multivitamins Women Over 50’ contains 12 vitamins and 7 minerals as well as 10 mg of Q10 for the daily well-being and endurance of a woman over 50 years of age. Calcium is necessary for bone to remain normal. Magnesium helps keep bones normal. Vitamin C, magnesium, folate, vitamins B6 and B12 help reduce fatigue and exhaustion. B6 promotes the regulation of hormonal function. Vitamin E helps protect cells from oxidative stress.
