2-6 tablets of daily intake contain:
- Oyster mushroom powder 300 – 900 mg

Daily Intake
Adults and children over 12 years: 4-6 tablets per day
- 7-12 years: 3 tablets per day
- 2-6 years: 2 tablets per day
The chewable tablets can be chewed before swallowing or, if necessary, crushed or ground and mixed with food or yoghurt.
For children, the above dosage is recommended for 4-6 weeks, followed by a 2-week break and, if necessary, a new
course of 4-6 weeks.
Caution/Allergy
Free from lactose, gluten and yeast. Excessive use may have laxative effects.
