The daily dose (15-20 drops) corresponds to 125-167 mg of fresh hop stamens, 131-174 mg of heather flower, 26-35 mg of oat sprouts, 78-104 mg of lemon balm sprouts, 39-52 mg of catnip sprouts, 41-54 mg of goat leaf.
