Daily Intake
5 tablets a day, the dose may be increased to 10 tablets a day if needed. The tablets can be swallowed whole with liquid or, if necessary, halved, chewed or ground and mixed with food.
For good results, it is recommended to take 5-10 tablets daily for 4-8 weeks. For best results, 12 weeks of continuous use is recommended. The product is also suitable for continuous use.

- Vivania® Beauty Collagen contains type 1 hydrolyzed Peptan® bovine collagen 1000 mg/ tablet.
- Collagen is a structural protein found in human tissues, which is found in skin, hair, nails and joint tissue. On average, 75% of young and healthy skin consists of collagen. Peptan® collagen has a low molecular weight, which guarantees its excellent absorption.
- Peptan® collagen absorbs from the small intestine where it can be digested to form of dipeptides and tripeptides or free amino acids. Collagen peptides are transported throughout the body, especially in the dermis of the skin.
- Collagen enhances the skin’s moisture content, notably in the stratum corneum, as well as its elasticity, reducing wrinkling and roughness. Overall, collagen activates fibroblasts and extracellular matrix proteins while suppressing metalloproteinase.
