Tasectan® AF

It helps to restore the physiological functioning of the intestinal walls, particularly in terms of controlling and reducing abdominal tension and excessive bowel movements produced by diarrhea of various origins.

Tasectan® AF consists of two herbal ingredients, xyloglucan and gelose.

Xyloglucan protects the intestinal mucosa and its tight junctions, preventing an increase in intestinal permeability. Gelose prolongs the protective effect of xyloglucan on the intestinal mucosa.

Recommended Intake

Swallow the tablet with liquid.

Dosage: Adults: 1 to 2 tablets or capsules every 6 to 8 hours until the symptoms of diarrhea have disappeared.

Ingredients

Xyloglucan, gelose (vegetable gelatin from seaweed), cellulose, magnesium stearate (vegetable), silica.

Warning/ Cautions

Do not use in patients who have a history of hypersensitivity to any of the product’s constituents.

Despite the lack of known negative effects, the product is not suggested for use during pregnancy or breast-feeding unless a healthcare practitioner advises differently.
