Ubiquinone, or coenzyme Q10, is a vitamin-like compound found in all cells in the body. Its production will fall sharply from the age of about 30 years. Dr. Tolonen Ubiquinone contains B vitamins, thiamine and riboflavin, which promote normal energy metabolism. Riboflavin helps protect cells from oxidative stress and helps reduce fatigue and exhaustion. Thiamine promotes the normal functioning of the heart and nervous system.

Q10 is a vital nutrient that occurs naturally in the body, including the heart, liver, kidneys, and muscle, and has antioxidant properties.
