L-Lysine

This supplement is a powdered form of lysine.

L-lysine is an important amino acid that the human body cannot make on its own and must be received through food or supplementation. Sweden is the product’s place of origin.

The amino acid lysine is required for life. Because the human body cannot produce lysine, it must be obtained from the food. Meat, fish, dairy, and eggs are all good sources.

Lysine is a component of protein synthesis in the body. It may also stop the herpes virus from spreading.

Lysine is used to treat cold sores, canker sores, athletic performance, diabetes, and a variety of other ailments.

L-lysine hydrochloride

Usage

Recommended daily dose: 4 g (1 measuring spoon)
L-Lysine 3.2 g

Mix the powder with liquid, smoothie or food.

Warning/ Cautions

When used in amounts of up to 3000 mg daily for up to a year, lysine may be considered safe for most people. It can produce stomach pain and diarrhea as a negative effect.

Keep in a dry place, out of reach of small children.
