Formula

The daily dose for an adult is as follows:

• Normal daily intake is 1 tablet which includes:
  Zinc 10 mg
• The maximum daily intake is 8 pills, which include:
  Zinc 80 mg

Daily Intake

Take 1–8 pills per day. Suck one pill every two hours and let it dissolve slowly in your mouth. Only take the maximum daily dosage of 8 pills for a total of 14 days. For youngsters and the elderly, as well as during pregnancy and breast-feeding, the maximum daily dosage is not suggested. It is not recommended that the daily dosage be exceeded.

Warnings/ Caution

Keep your distance from youngsters. Excessive use may cause constipation.

Physiological consequences
