Formula

1 tablet of daily intake contains:

  • Vitamin B12 1300 µg
  • Vitamin B1 1,1 mg
  • Vitamin B6 1,4 mg
  • Folic acid 400 µg

Ingredients

Xylitol as sweetener, Cyanocobalamin, Surface finishing agent magnesium salts of fatty acids, Natural-identical pear aroma, Pyridoxine hydrochloride, Folic acid, Thiamine mononitrate.

Physiological effects

Vitamin B12 contributes to normal red blood cell formation, normal homocysteine ​​metabolism, the nervous system and the immune system and energy metabolism. It also helps to reduce fatigue and enhances normal psychological functions.

Physical exercise, stress, nutritional malabsorption, use of oral contraceptives, poor nutrition, abundant alcohol consumption and irregular lifestyle increase the need for Vitamin B12.

Vitamin B6 or pyridoxine has numerous functions in the body. It contributes to the regulation of hormone activity, the normal functioning of the immune system and the normal formation of red blood cells. In addition, it helps reduce fatigue and exhaustion and enhances normal protein, glycogen and energy metabolism.

Vitamin B6 can be obtained from, for example, pork and poultry, fish and whole grains.

Vitamin B1 or thiamine, plays a central role in the metabolism of carbohydrates and in the functioning of the muscles and nervous system. Good sources of thiamine are pork, whole grains and beans.

Vitamin B9 or folic acid (folate) participates in the metabolism of amino acids and nucleic acids. The need for folic acid is increased by e.g. unilateral diet, pregnancy and breastfeeding and celiac disease. Good sources of folic acid are fresh vegetables, fruits and berries, beans, whole grains and liver.

The pear-flavored and xylitol-containing tablet can be sucked or chewed.

Especially recommended for vegetarians.
